Biography

Albert Lammertsz Meijburg was born in the Cape of Good Hope and was a farmer at "Meerlust", Eerste Rivier. He was a land owner and dealer. He married Elsje van der Merwe at Drakenstein on 17th October 1713 and they had 8 children. He died on 19th December 1749 aged 80. [1]
