Eliza was born in 1871. She was the daughter of Edward McNabb and Mary McCann.
On 2 August 1938, she fell down a flight of stairs and broke her left arm at Bishopgate-street, Wickham, after ascending with small suitcase which she may have then tripped over. She was treated at Newcastle Hospital and sent to the convalescent home at New Lambton, but died suddenly the next day due to heart failure. [1] The funeral was 20 August to the Catholic cemetery, Sandgate. [2] [3]
