Frank was born on October 11, 1913, in Little Cohairi Township, North Carolina.^[1][2][3][4] Frank was the son of Henry Harrison McLamb and Julia Alberta Prince.^{[1][2][3][5][6][4]}

Frank volunteered at the world headquarters of the Watchtower Bible and Tract Society at Brooklyn, New York.^[7]

Frank died on January 1, 1993, in Spring, Texas.^{[8][9][10][4]}
