To son Hugh the tract of land purchased of William Watson. To son John the remaining 1/2 of plantation where I live. To son David £80. Mentions nieces Jane and Isabella Heoy or Heuy. Executors to sell 326 acres of land in Chester County, now in care of Alexander Rogers and proceeds divided between sons Charles, John, William, James, Hugh, Thomas, David and daughters Jennett Kerr and Margaret Young. Executors: Son-in-law John Kerr and son Charles. Letters to Kerr and William McKnight, Charles McKnight renouncing, in favor of his brother. Will proven in North Carolina.

Since Charles renounced his portion of land in the above will, it is possible that he remained in Pennsylvania - Caution, It is unknown if this is the same Charles
