Biography
James Bruce McKinnon was born in 1889 in Bothwell Scotland. His parents were James Lachlan McKinnon and Annabella McMillan Dow (b. 1859 Tradeston Glasgow).[1]
Bruce travelled to or through Miami Florida in 1938[2]. There was travel in 1934[3], and 1929 (shown as a farmer)[4]
Bruce died on 21 July 1947 at his summer home on Lake Simcoe and was buried in Keswick, York Regional Municipality, Ontario, Canada.[5] The death record says he had been in Canada for 55 years at that point. It also shows a birth of Sept 28, 1889, and that he was working as a Financier.
