Edward McGrath migrated from Ireland to United States.
Edward was born in 1868 in Leitrim Townland, County Longford. He is the son of Edward McGrath and Ann McKeon.[1]
Edward married Catherine Maloney on 18 July 1889 in Massachusetts, USA.[2]
The 1900 United States Census records that Edward McGrath migrated to the United States in 1885.[3] He became a naturalized American citizen in about 1892 when he provided that he had arrived in the United States through Boston on 12 July 1886.[4]
On 8 August 1888, Peter and Edwin [Edward] McGrath arrived in Boston, Massachusetts aboard the S.S. Iowa.[5] It is proposed that this is the migration record of brothers, Peter and Edward McGrath.
Edward McGrath died on 14 June 1906 of pulmonary tuberculosis in Quincy, Massachusetts.[6]
