James was born in 1892. He was the son of Guy (or Gus) McCullin and Francis Randle.[1] In 1900 James was living with his parents and siblings in Aberdeen, Monroe County, Mississippi.[2]
In 1920 James was living with wife Bessie (Lang) McCullin and two children in St. Louis, Missouri.[3] In 1940 James and Bessie were living with 4 children in St Louis.[4]
He passed away in 1969 in St Louis, Missouri. He was buried in Oakdale Cemetery in Lemay, Missouri.[5]
