Biography

William McCoy was born on July 09, 1837 in Jackson, Ohio, United States. His parents were Michael McCoy and Elizabeth Mercer. He married Nancy Ward in 1860.[1] He received a pension for his service in Civil War, 194th Ohio Infantry.[2] Together they had 9 children:
