Hazel Clay McCoy was born on 7 Oct 1925 in Montgomery, Kentucky, United States, daughter of Mason McCoy and Dellah Halsey.

Mrs. Sexton was a retired employee of General Motors and a member of the Church of the Pentecost. She was the widow of Russell Sexton.

Hazel died on 21 Jul 2003 at the Fleming County Hospital.
