Biography
James Hoyle Mayman, son of David Mayman & Sarah, was born in 1848 and baptised on 3 September 1848 in Ashton under Lyne, Lancashire, England. [1] James's birth was registered in the Apr-May-Jun quarter of 1848 in the Ashton under Lyne district, listing his mother's maiden name as "Hoyle". [2]
Ellen and James had 7 children, all born in Timor, Victoria whom I will not be following [besides Henryetta and Caroline who are on my tree. James died age 67, parents unknown. He does no appear to have remarried after Ellen died in 1895, leaving him with children age 4 - 21.
