Ann (Martyn) Barriball migrated from England to New Zealand.

Ann (Martyn) Barriball lived in Waiuku, Auckland, New Zealand.

Daughter of John and Elizabeth Martyn and born in North Tamerton, Cornwall in about 1814, based on her christening taking place on 20 March 1814.

Ann married Charles Barriball on 31 March 1836.

The couple with their three young children, John, Samuel and Sophia, departed from Plymouth on 'The Duke of Westminster' on December 4th, 1842. They arrived in Auckland, New Zealand, in 1843, after a journey of 128 days.

The couple settled in the Waiuku area following Charles obtaining land through a Crown Land grant. They already had three children before they came to New Zealand, and had several more after their arrival.

Ann Barriball died on 5 April 1885 and is buried in Waiuku Cemetery.
