Biography

Gladys Maude Mansfield (married name Gray) was born on 21 November 1896 in Norwich, Norfolk, England, the daughter of Rebecca (Mower) Mansfield and Daniel Mansfield.^{[citation needed]}

She was baptised on 1 October 1899 at Saint Saviour, Norwich. ^{[citation needed]}

She married James Taylor Gray in 1921 in Victoria, Australia.^[1] Their children were:

• James Daniel Mansfield Gray (1922–1994)
• Catherine Gladys Mower Gray (1924–2004)
• Graeme Taylor Gray (1930–2002)

Gladys died on 6 July 1955 at her home, 92 The Esplanade, Williamstown, Victoria, aged 54 years.^[2][3] Probate was granted on 7 March 1972.
