Sir Thomas Mansell, 1st Baron Mansell of Margam (c.1668-1723) was the son of Sir Edward Mansel, 4th Bt. and Martha Carne. He married Martha Millington, daughter of Martha Millington, on 18 May 1686. He was created 1st Baron Mansell of Margam [Great Britain] on 1 January 1711/12, one of eight peers created that day to give the Tory administration a majority in the House of Lords. He died 10 Dec 1723.
