Biography
Huldah was born in 1828. Huldah is the child of Adam Mann and Nancy Harvey. She married Harrison Ballard on June 23, 1847 in Monroe County, West Virginia. She died on Dec. 19, 1903 and is buried in the Harrison Family Cemetery in Monroe, W, Virginia
