Biography

Priscilla Magruder, the daughter of Alexander Magruder ^[1] and Susannah Bussey, was born in Prince George's County MD about 1714. She died in Piscataway, Prince George's County MD 25 August 1763. ^[2]

John Colvill's land called "Merryland," M&B for 175 acres; for and during the natural lives of Henry Boteler, and Sarah Boteler his wife, and his son Edward Boteler; the said Henry to pay yearly rents 7 shillings sterling: he to plant 200 good apple trees, and 'fence them, during the tenn, and they shall not convey the premises without leave or license of John Hawkins Junior, sIgned John Hawkins Jum before J. Darnall W. Darnall. Priscilla Hawkins wife of John Hawkins, consented to the within lease.
