"Alexander Lukens and Julia Remington were married at St. Martins in Chestnut Hill, Pa. Julia, dau. of Percy Remington, was b. on 4/27/1907. She graduated from Vasser in 1929 and earned her M.S.W. in Social Work. She d. on 7/11/1985 in Denver, Colorado.
Julia was the granddaughter of Joseph Proctor Remington, founder of the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy. She was a descendant of Thomas Lloyd, William Penn's agent, who helped the Crefeldt settlers come to Pa.
Alexander graduated from Yale in 1926. He became and Episcopal priest and has served in parishes in Colorado and Montana. He currently resides in Denver, Colorado."[1]
He passed away about 1995.
