Biography
Charles was born in 1791. Charles Lugg ... He passed away in 1874. [1]
Charles came to USA July 14th, 1829 with his wife and 5 children, but returned to England in 1831, only to move back to USA with his family June 21st,1833. Charles bought a farm near Nelson, PA and cleared about 200 acres.
His son Anthony Wayne helped on the farm and later went into the mercantile business.
