After doing more research, it is my opinion that Alessandro Ludovisi does not have the Ludovisi DNA of Count Giovani Ludovisi, because Alessandro's ancestor Ludovico di Monterenzi, was adopted and was given the Ludovisi name. Therefor his Y-DNA would not be the original Ludovisi DNA. Ludovico di Monterenzi was the beginning of this Ludovisi line. Alessando 's DNA would be Monterenzi DNA if there was straight line male DNA from Monterenzi.

I hope one of his descendants will take the Y-DNA test so we can compare with my family's Ludovisi/ Ludovissie/Ludowese/Ludovici/Ludovicy/Ludwig and other spellings.
