Biography

Thomas Lord and his wife, Mary, Both age 22, arrived from England in 1849 and settled in Milwaukee. His occupation was a sailor. They had a son and 3 daughters. In November of 1869, Captain Lord, with his 16 year old son and a crew of 8 others, set forth on Lake Erie on boards ship. The ship and passengers disappeared and were never heard from again.
