Biography

John Boardman Lord was born on 3 August 1927 in Burlington, Chittenden, Vermont, United States, the son of Sarah Simmons and John Boardman Lord.^[1][2]

He served in the US Navy in the Pacific during the end of World War 2. Afterwards, he attended Harvard University ^[3]

He married Judith Ann Aldridge on 3 August 1977 in Snohomish County, Washington.^[4]

John died on 9 September 2007 at Shoreline, King County, Washington.^[2][5][6] His remains were interred at Stuart Island Cemetery in San Juan County, Washington.^[2]

Research notes

Washington death record states that John was born in Kentucky.^[5] This is thought to be incorrect.
