Emily was born Nov 15, 1905 at Isle Valen, Newfoundland daughter of John and Susan Lockyer.^[1]

Etta married James Benson on Nov 7, 1932 at St John's, Newfoundland.^[2]

In 1935 James and Etta (On this record she was listed as Ethel) and their daughter, Barbara were living at New Harbour, Newfoundland.^[3]

She passed away Dec 11, 1986 and id interned in Saint Augustine's Anglican Cemetery.^[4]
