Abednigo Parlor "A. P." Livingston lived in St. James Goose Creek, Charleston County, South Carolina. His parents were Moses Livingston and Elizabeth Parlor.
A.P. Livingston was a slaveholder. His probate inventory named the 22 enslaved persons he had at the time of the evacuation of Charleston, and that they had been manumitted by the federal government.[3]
