Obituary: Naona Mattie Bullington, 103, passed away at Hamilton Healthcare Center in Hamilton, Texas on Saturday, June 6, 2015.

Naona was born on Sunday, September, 3, 1911 in Hamilton County, Texas to Hiram M. and Bessie McDermit Livingston.

Naona grew up in the Hamilton area and graduated from Hamilton High School. On Sunday May 15, 1932, she married Howard Holland Bullington in Hamilton County, TX.

During all of Naona's life family and community were very important to her. She was a member of the First Baptist Church.

Mrs. Bullington was preceded in death by both of her parents, her beloved husband on December 16, 1988 and her son, Harold Gene Bullington on October 24, 2011.

She is survived by her daughter Joy Williams and husband Norman of Nacogdoches,TX and son Jerry Bullington and wife Max of Hooks, TX and daughter in law Judy Bullington; seven grandchildren, Joyce Busbee, Sharon Cotham, Brenda Williams, Jody Nichols, Jeff Bullington, Jay Bullington and Keith Bullington; seven great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren. She is also survived by her brother Garland Livingston of San Angelo, TX and numerous nieces, nephews, other family members and close friends.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, June 9, 2015 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Riley Funeral Home. Graveside Services and burial were held on Wednesday, June 10, 2015 at 11:00 am at IOOF Cemetery in Hamilton.
