Mary (Linger) Forinash was born in Appalachia, in Virginia (now West Virginia). See Appalachia Project.

Mary was born in 1840 She was the daughter of William Linger and Rachel Bickel. She passed away in 1922.

Daughter Cora A. Forinash 6 was married to Charles Strader. Given to me by Cora great grandson.

She was the second wife of Jacob Crites Forenash. She had seven children. One daughter is Georgia Ann Forinash (FAG 71922654).

In the 1920 census Mary (age 79) was the widowed mother-in-law of William E Wells in Lewis, West Virginia, United States.^[4]

Mary, daughter of William Linger & Bowner, died on 2 August 1922 in Lewis, West Virginia.^[5][6]
