Biography

Estimated Date: Her first child was b. 1650 if she was young she might have been 16 so born c 1634. Her last child was born in 1672. If she were 55, birth in 1617. So born between 1617 and 1634. 1625 is a mid date.

Disputed Parents

There were definitely persons by the surname of Lines in New Haven Colony. Namely Henry and Ralph. There is no known relationship between the two. They were both having children in the 1650s. This makes them contemporaries of Abigail, who was also having children in the 1650s. She could not possibly be the daughter of either, but perhaps sister or cousin.

I think the estimate on her birth is way too early and should be closer to 1630 - children b. 1650- 1672. Her husbands date seems to be established by Hotten at 1618, but that doen't mean he didn't marry someone much younger.
