Your question about the existence of a project for early settlers to what is now Quebec was forwarded to me. The project to answer your question is Quebecois project, which you will find at https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Project:Quebecois
Be aware that there are already a whole lot of the early settlers in the tree, and since we only want one profile per person, you should do a search before adding people prior to around 1750.
Any questions, feel free to contact me. There are various guidelines on the project page, please read through them.
