Biography
Mary was born about 1784 in Dromore, County Down, Ireland to Thomas Lewis and Anne Bateman. In 1802 she married William Singleton in Dublin.[1] They had eight children:
- William Jones Singleton, born 1804;
- Thomas Lewis Singleton, born 1806;
- John Singleton, born 1808;
- Robert Singleton, born 1811;
- Anna Lewis Singleton, born 1813;
- Mary Matilda Augusta Singleton, born 1820;
- Henry Plant Singleton, born 1821;
- Elizabeth Singleton, born 1822.
Mary died about 1840.
