Charles Frederick Lewis was the second child and only son of Charles Freeman Lewis and Patricia Louise (Western) Lewis. Born on 12 Mar 1951 in Miami, Gila, Arizona, United States. He died in the night, at home in his crib, on 02 Apr 1951 at three weeks of age.
