Jean Leprince, âgé de 25 ans, de la paroisse de St-Martin-du-Vieux-Bellême (Orne) et demeurant aux Trois-Rivières, témoigne dans l'altercation Leneuf-Dodier, 15 avril 1646 (Doc. div., III 18).[3]

Selon Marcel Trudel, sa seule apparition dans les registres est le 19 février 1640, il est alors témoin d'un transport, âgé de 18 ans, du Perche.[4]

Il ne laisse aucune autre trace.

Interestingly, Godbout provides the only reference to Jean Leprince being born in St-Martin-du-Vieux-Bellême and having lived in Trois-Rivières.
