Biography
Franklin was born in 1839. He was the son of George Lefevre. He passed away in 1926. He is mentioned in 1900 U.S. Census.[1]
Franklin served in the 142nd Regiment, Pennsylvania Infantry during the Civil War, between 1861 and 1865.[2]
