Biography
William was born in 1895. [1] He was the son of Cyrille Philippe Saül dit Silas LeBlanc and Élizabeth Lejeune Young. He married Suzanne Léger, daughter of Moïse Léger and Marie LeBlanc in 1925.[2] He passed away in 1953 at the age of 54. He worked as a clerk at C.N.R. [3]
