Biography

Stanley was born in 1916, the son of Adam and Mary Lapin, Lithuanian immigrants.^[1][2][3] Stanley married Ellen Thomas Marsellis on 11 July 1946 in Salem, Oregon.^[4] That marriage dissolved^[5] and Stanley married Nona Lee Gilbert in 1954.^[6] She was the niece of his first wife. Stanley died in 1982.^[7][8]
