Obituary

Adam Langdon, 78, of English Road, Wexford, died unexpectedly in his home Friday afternoon. Born in Ireland October 21, 1882, Mr Langdon was a son of the late Samuel and Ellen Fitzell Langdon. Mr Langdon was a retired butler.

His wife, Agnes Plouy Langdon died in 1953.

He leaves a son Adam L Langdon of Wexford, two sisters Mrs Katherine Williams of PIttsburgh and Mrs Dora Williams of Renfrew, two brothers Robert Langdon of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and Samuel Langdon of Orlando, Florida.

Funeral service was conducted Tuesday in McDonald Funeral Home, Mars, by Reverend Carlton McKita, pastor of Salem Methodist Church, Wexford.

Burial was in Allegheny County Memorial Park.^[1]
