Biography

Philippa Lamble (married name Grills) was born in 1873 in Harberton, Devon, England, the daughter of Mary Anna (Grills) Lamble and James Lamble.^[1]

She married Walter Parnell Grills in 1891.^[1] Their children were:^[1]

• Bessie Louisa Grills (1891–1990)
• William James Grills (1893–1919)
• Francis Walter Gidley Grills (1898–1936)
• John Henry Grills (1900–1926)
• Walter Parnell Grills (1905–1994)
• Mary Jane Grills (1911–2000)

Philippa died on 14 August 1955 in Victoria, Australia, aged 82 years.^[2] Her remains were buried at Cohuna Cemetery in Cohuna, Victoria.^[1]
