Suzanne Lacroix
Fille de feu Jacques Lacroix et de feue Françoise Anne Perrot, de la paroisse de St-Laurent, ville et archevêché de Paris, en Île-de-France, née vers 1656.[1] (25 ans au recensement 1681)
Elle arrive à Québec le 30 juin 1669 à bord du vaisseau Le St-Jean-Baptiste[2], apportant des biens estimés à 200 livres plus un don du roi de 50. Ne savait pas signer.[1]
Le 7 novembre 1669 devant le notaire Romain Becquet, Guillaume Bertrand fait un contrat de mariage avec Suzanne Lacroix, ce contrat sera annulé 2 jours plus tard, il n'y eut pas de mariage entre eux.[3] [4]

Le dix septième jour du mois d'octobre de l'an mil six cent soixante et douze, après la publication des trois bans, (ne s'estant trouvé aucun empeschement légitime biffé dans le texte) de mariage entre Jacques Savariaux fils de ____ et Suzanne Lacroix fille de ____ ne s'estant trouvé aucun empeschement légitime, le révérend père Guillaume Matthieu de la Compagnie de Jésus en vertu du pouvoir à luy accordée par nous Henry de Bernières prestre grand vicaire de Monseigneur l'évesque de Petrée et curé de cette église paroissiale de Québec, les a solennellement mariés en la chapelle de Beauport, et leur a donné la bénédiction nuptiale selon la forme prescrite par la Ste église en présence de Paul Vachon et __ Gibaut. H de Bernières[5]
Ils sont établis à Beauport, avec un court séjour à L'Ange-Gardien, d'après les baptêmes et sépultures.

Décès
Suzanne Lacroix, épouse de Jacques Savaria, décède le 14 décembre 1718 durant la nuit et est inhumée le même jour à Québec (ND), l'acte lui donne environ 65 ans.[9][10]
Jacques Savarias la suivra le 18 mars 1724, inhumé le même jour à Québec (ND), l'acte lui donnant environ 88 ans[11]

Jacques Sauriaux and Susanne Lacroix entered into a marriage contract on 2 March 1672 before notary Paul Vachon[4]
The seventeenth day of the month of October of the year 1672, after the publication of the three bans, marriage between Jacques Savariaux son of ____ and Suzanne Lacroix daughter of ____ not having found and legitimate impediment, the reverend father Guillaume Matthieu of the Company of Jésus by virtue of the power given him by us Henry de Bernières priest grand vicar of Monseigneur the bishop de Petrée and curé of this parish church of Québec, solemnly married them in the chapel of Beauport, and gave them the nuptial benediction according to the form prescribed by the Holy church in the presence of Paul Vachon and __ Gibaut. H de Bernières[5]
They were established in Beauport, with a short stay in L'Ange-Gardien on the Beaupré coast, according to the baptisms and funerals. 7 known children (listed above).

Death
Suzanne Lacroix, wife of Jacques Savaria, died on 14 December 1718 during the night and was buried the same day in Québec (ND), the act gives her around 65 years of age.[9]
Jacques Savarias will follow her on 18 March 1724, funeral the same day in Québec (ND), the act giving him around 88 years of age.[11]
