Livail was born about 1872 on his dad's farm at 70 Rue Évangeline , Bouctouche , New Brunswick , Canada. The house was where the Bouctouche Community Centre stands now . He is the son of Claude-François Armand Lacenaire and Geneviéve LeBlanc. He passed away in 1961. [1]
