OBITUARY

MRS. FRANCES CRISPIN.

The death took place in a private hos pital at Grafton yesterday, after a brief illness, of Mrs. Franees Crispin, of 129 Pound street, Grafton. Deceased, who was 70 years of age, was the widow of the late John Crispin, farmer, of Carr's Creek, who died 17 years ago.

She is survived by eight daughters and four sons.

Daughters are: Mrs. Alf Paine (Great Marlow), Mrs. C. R. Eggins (Alumny Creek), Mrs. G. S. Havinden (Southgate), Mrs. L. D. Thomas (Lismore), and Misses Ruby, Vera, Elma and Kath leen Crispin.

The sons are Messrs. Al bert (Lithgow), John (Sydney), Raymond and Samuel, of Grafton. :The late Mrs. Crispin, who was much respected by all who knew her, was born at Grafton, and had resided in the dis trict all her life.

The funeral will move from Christ Church Cathedral at 3 o'clock, after a service commencing at 2.45, today for the Grafton cemetery. ^[5]
