Biography
Ida, the fourth of eleven children, was born in 1900. Her parents were Rudolph and Marie (Gygi) Kohler. Ida's siblings in the 1910 census were Fritz Kohler Son 14, Marie Kohler Daughter 13, Frieda Kohler Daughter 11, Ida Kohler Daughter 10, Rudolph Kohler Son 8, Anna Kohler Daughter 7, Rosa Kohler Daughter 6, Eliza Kohler Daughter 5, Martha Kohler Daughter 3, Jacob Kohler Son 1, and Esther Kohler Daughter 0, all born in Illinois. She married Pearl Yaunk by 1920 and together they had three children: Viola, Raymond and Donald. Ida died in 1929 and is buried at Springdale Cemetery and Mausoleum along with her husband Pearl.
