Dorothy E. Kodak was born in Illinois on 29 Nov 1921 and baptised on 25 Dec 1921 (recorded on marriage record). The death date is unknown but in her son's obit in 2016, she is noted as "the late" Dorothy E. Kodak Cotton. She was the daughter of John Kodak & Mary Jackovich.
