Biography

William was born at Braddox,County Monaghan in 1873.[1] He was the son of Joseph Knox and Margaret Elliott.

In 1901 and he lived with them at Bradox[2]

Ten years later he was still there[3]

When he married Minnie Wright,daughter of Isaiah Wright a farmer from Corranewry in 1913 he lived at Kilnacran[4]. Together they had 3 children:

  1. Joseph Knox
  2. Mary Knox
  3. John Knox

He passed away in 1958 at Kilnacran,aged 84. [5] Buried at Clontibret. [6]
