August was born on 5 Oct 1870. He was the son of Michael Klawitter and Caroline Molkenthin.
In the 1880 census August (age 9) was the son of Michael Klausta in Harrison, Calumet, Wisconsin, United States.[1]
Aug married Sophia W Luedtke on 11 April 1901 in Calumet, Wisconsin.[2]
August died on 10 August 1952 in Ramsey, Minnesota.[3] August was buried in Riverview Cemetery, Saint Paul, Ramsey County, Minnesota.[4]
