"Jacob and his wife, Appolonia Homberg Klapperich, lived in New Munich, Stearns, Minnesota, where they are pictured here with their first six children: Mary b 1885; Annie b 1888; Maria Catherine b 1890; Anna Gertrude b 1892; William Nicolas b 1895 and the baby, Peter Jacob b 1897. This photo was probably taken in 1900 since Appolonia appears to be pregnant with Louise Rose, who was born in November 1900."
