At the Muncy Monthly Meeting of women friends held 12 August 1801,
"Samuel Eves and Tamer Kitely appear’d at this [Muncy] meetg and express their intentions of mariage with each other their parents being all present were consenting there to excepting his father whose consent the Meeting is informed of Amy Paxton and Mercy Ellis are appointed to make the Necessary enquiry respecting the young Woman Celarness from other Such like engagements and make report to our next monthly meeting." [1]
She passed away in 1867. [citation needed]
