Clicking your green tags shows you members who follow that tag. Add tags for other family surnames, for locations or interests. Tags link you to the community sourcing & research options, to add more tags (you can have 20) go to your tags.
Thank you for signing the Honour Code, it is appreciated
If English is not your native language, would you consider adding our template to your biography? The link will explain how to determine which codes to use.It really helps to know the languages of WikiTree members.
Once you have the codes for the languages, copy the following code, then edit your own profile. Scroll down until you get to you biography section and post the template under the Biography heading. Add your language codes where the question marks are in the template and then save. This will place a box on your profile, which lets others know which languages you are comfortable with and what level of proficiency you have. Occasionally assistance is needed to help others who need help with translating pages or documents.
These pages may also be of interest Resources and GERMANY project

Thanks for volunteering! I am pleased to confirm and welcome you to the WikiTree family, your contributions will go a long way to joining the world together.
I would suggest starting with the New Member How-To pages, they will save you a lot of time and frustration. Don't be afraid to ask questions in our G2G forum and get involved as much or as little as works for you. Be sure to check out the tabs at the very top right hand side of your profile, there is lots to discover!
I am here to answer any question you have, no matter how trivial you may think it is. There is no such thing as a silly question. Please add as much information as you can, it all helps to turn a “name” back into a person. I hope you enjoy the site as much as I do!
Happy tree climbing
