Warren Anson Kendrick was born about September, 1743 in Orleans, Barnstable, Province of Massachusetts Bay, son of Jonathan Kendrick (1715–1753) and Tabitha Eldredge (1715–1775).
In 1754, Theophilus Hopkins of Harwich was appointed guardian of Anson.[1]
Warren (22) married Azubah Sears (17) (born on November 5, 1747 in Eastham, Barnstable, Massachusetts; daughter of Josiah Sears and Azubah (Knowles) Sears) on October 29, 1765 in Eastham, Massachusetts.[2]
Warren died in 1815 in Shag Harbor, Shelburne, Nova Scotia, Canada, aged about 71. He died by drowning. He was going from an island to Shag Harbor in rough seas with his youngest daughter, Abigail Bradford; her husband and their two children. Abigail clung to the upturned boat and survived the tragedy.[3]
