Noma was born in 1907. She was a daughter of Thomas Luther Keever & his first wife, Devie Beal. She married Clyde V. Bolick & had one child. Sometime after their child was born, Noma & Clyde divorced & she went on to marry Claude Joseph Dickert. Noma died in 1981 & was buried in Greenwood Memorial Gardens in Hodges, Greenwood Co., SC.
