Biography

Dura was born on 30 November 1921 in Fayette, Fayette county, Alabama. He was the son of Willis Franklin Keahey and Catherine (Horn) Keahey

In the 1930 census Dura (age 8) was living in Bemiston Mills, Bemiston Mills, Talladega, Alabama, USA.^[1]

In the 1940 census Dura (age 18) was the single brother-in-law of C M Ivey in Talladega, Talladega, Alabama, United States.^[2]

Dura enlisted in the U.S. army in 1943.^[3]

Dura died at the age of 58 in April 1980.^[4][5]
