Moses (Moyses) Kavanagh married Francesca Brady on 23 October 1835 in St Nicholas, Dublin City, Ireland on Francis Street. [3] Frances Kavanaguh is mentioned in his probate record. .[4] His death certficate shows her name to be Fanny Agnes Brady.
His occupation at the time of his death was an Inn Keeper and he lived in Collingwood, Victoria, Australia. .[4]

1) Moses died in 1856 and his probate record showed he was an Inn Keeper in Collingwood and his obit says he died at his residence at Oxford Arms, Oxford Street in Collingwood. The Oxford Arms Hotel was located at Oxford Street, West wide, north of Peel Street, in Collingwood, Victoria, Australia. Mrs Frances Kavanagh was the first publican and owner of this brick hotel, and remained until the late 1870s. In October 1877 the hotel was being spruced up, as tenders were invited first for plastering, then shortly afterwards for painting and wallpapering. ( The Argus, 17 October, and 29 October 1877, p. 3). This may have been in readiness for the sale of the hotel, or may have been done by the new owner

3) All the children, except Alice, are listed here are found on father's death certficate along with the name of his wife and their ages at his death. His wife is found with various names: Francesca, Francis, Fanny and Agnes, but 2 of the children's birth record transcriptions show other names. : Moses born 1846 it is Jany Grady of Plenty River. Catherine born in 1841 it is Hanna Brady.
