- MRS. LEROY H. DAVIS
- Mrs. Ethel J. Davis, 54, of 31 Winter Street, Auburn, wife of Leroy H. Davis, died at the C. M. G. Hospital, last night, following a short illness.
- Born at Buckfield, March 24. 1897, she was the daughter of Charles and Tempie Chase Jordan. She had been a resident of Auburn many, years and had been employed Maine Shoes Inc.
- Surviving are her husband; a son, Leroy J. Davis, and a grandson, Wayne Davis, both Auburn; a sister, Miss Thelma Jordan, Chelsea, Mass.; a brother, Gerald Jordan, Lewiston; several nieces and nephews, and two aunts, Mrs. Villa Record Buckfield, and Mrs. Zilla Leatherbarrow, Portland.
