Biography
Stina Jonsdotter was born on May 22, 1840 in Kroppa parish, Värmland, Sweden.
She married tailor Petter Jansson (b. 1833 in Kroppa) on May 20, 1861. Together they had sons Anders Petter b. 1862, Carl Filip b. 1865 and Johan Emil b. 1869.
Stina passed away on May 6, 1871 at Skräddartorpet (lit. The tailor's croft) in Ulverud in Kroppa. Cause of death: consumption (sv. lungsot). She was 31 years old.[1]
